This hotel offers fantastic views out to the sea and very comfortable rooms, creating a unique and superb experience. However, there may be a lack of hospitality manners in guest interactions and some aspects could be annoying, especially related to payments.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning rooms featuring balconies and sea views, allowing us to check-in earlier than anticipated. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and simply gorgeous; however, a bit small for in-room dining. The exceptional service truly went above and beyond, making our stay even more enjoyable despite the immense workload on the staff managing numerous rooms. The location, though a bit distant from popular spots, was perfect for exploring Abu Dhabi, with helpful staff like Harshan, Brian, or Elcede always ready to assist. The dining experience offered a great variety, especially with Anika, the restaurant manager, serving us attentively. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing our stay with convenience and comfort.
My stay at the hotel was incredible. The rooms, although lacking warm water, were simply fabulous with a cozy and classy ambiance. The Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. The outstanding service, especially from Miss Dianne and the whole restaurant crew, was top-notch, taking care of every detail. The hotel's location is just amazing; ideal for a beach holiday with fantastic dining options. The dining experience was delicious, extravagant, and atmospheric, offering one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel had 2 comfortable double beds and plenty of space for 3 people, but the standard was inferior compared to The St Regis where we usually stay. The room service was lovely, and we were surprised with chocolate and wine a few times. Mohammed even prepared a three-course meal for us upon request.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of fantastic views and some room tidiness issues. The extraordinary views of the Abu Dhabi skyline, Arabian Gulf waters, and Emirates Palace Hotel were truly spectacular. However, the room wasn't tidied up after we had freshened up, and the bed was not turned down as expected. In addition, the room felt a bit small.
I had a perfect stay with a wonderful beach view on the 39th floor. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including a desk set, providing a pampered feel. The splendid bathroom, super shower, and separate toilet added extra comfort. However, the price could be more budget-friendly.
I stayed at this hotel through Expedia and was pleasantly surprised by the panoramic views out to the sea and city from my room on the 35th floor. The beach view on the 39th floor was perfect for a relaxing stay. The service, in particular from Alu, was amazing with great amenities and facilities.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The room I had, a St Regis Suite on the 43rd floor, was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Corniche and the city. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff taking great care of me. The location was superb, close to attractions like the Presidential Palace and Marina Mall, making it convenient to explore the area. While the dining options were a bit repetitive, the overall value for money was good.
